Soft Pretzels

Since I have conquered my fear of yeast, I've come across more and more recipes that I wanted to try. When I saw this recipe for soft pretzels on an Alton Brown show on the Food Network, I'd been dying to try them. I figured this weekend was the time to do it, since Brian and I were going to be lazy and watch football.

These pretzels were fantastic! I can't wait to make them again. I think it would be fun to make them into pretzel bites and serve with different dipping sauces. I made a honey mustard sauce...but cheese would have been yummy too. We will be making these pretzels again soon!
